Terms of Use for TwinSpin

TwinSpin is a mobile game developed and operated by A Game Apps (Obryza). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Use of the App

You may use TwinSpin for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the app
  • Attempt to access backend systems improperly
  • Copy, resell or distribute the app’s content without permission
  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantages

2. In-App Purchases

TwinSpin includes optional in-app purchases (Star bundles). By completing a purchase:

  • You authorize Apple to process the payment through the App Store.
  • All purchases are final according to Apple’s App Store policy.
  • Stars are an in-game resource with no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency.

Refund requests must be handled directly through Apple, according to App Store rules.

3. StarShop and Stars

Stars may be earned by playing or purchased via in-app purchases. Stars:

  • Are used only inside the game
  • Cannot be transferred to other users
  • Cannot be sold, traded or exchanged for real money
  • May be adjusted, removed or rebalanced as part of game updates

4. OB Progression Score

TwinSpin includes an optional OB progression score connected to the Obryza ecosystem. OB:

  • Is not money
  • Has no monetary value
  • Cannot be withdrawn, traded or exchanged
  • Is used only for in-game achievement and progression tracking
  • May change or be removed at any time as part of service updates

This is required to comply with App Store guidelines and to keep TwinSpin fair and transparent.

5. Accounts

If you create an Obryza account to use with TwinSpin:

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
  • You agree not to share your account or use another person’s account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that are involved in fraud, abuse or violation of these Terms.

6. Availability & Updates

We may update or modify TwinSpin at any time for performance, balancing, or security reasons. We do not guarantee continuous availability of the app or any online services.

Game features, items, progression systems and rewards may change as part of updates or balancing decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

TwinSpin is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Loss of game progress due to device issues or reinstallations
  • Service interruptions or unavailability of online features
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications of the app

Any legal liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed under applicable law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to TwinSpin if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Fraud, cheating or misuse is detected
  • It is required for security or legal reasons

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in The Netherlands, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
