1. Information We Collect

1.1 Camera Input (Hand Tracking)

TwinSpin uses the device’s camera to detect hand positions for touchless gesture control.

• All camera processing happens on your device.
• No photos or videos are stored.
• No camera data is transmitted outside the device.
• We do not personally identify you through camera input.

This functionality is required for the game to work.

1.2 Game Progress Data

We store information such as:

• Current level
• Energy, shields and upgrades
• Stars collected
• End-boss achievements
• Optional OB progression score (non-monetary achievement metric)

All gameplay data is stored locally on your device. If you choose to log in with an Obryza account, certain information such as your OB progression score is stored on our secure backend so you can access it across sessions.

1.3 Optional Account Information

If you create or use an Obryza account inside the app, we may store:

• Email address
• Chosen username
• Login validation tokens (hashed and encrypted)

This data is used only for account access, gameplay progression, and fraud prevention.

1.4 Support Communication

If you contact us for support (for example by email), we receive the information you voluntarily provide, such as your device model, iOS version or screenshots.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

TwinSpin does not collect or store:

• Biometric identifiers
• Facial recognition data
• Photos or videos
• Precise location data
• Contact lists or personal files
• Advertising identifiers for third-party tracking

TwinSpin does not use third-party advertising SDKs or external trackers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to:

• Enable gesture controls and core gameplay features
• Save game progress and achievements
• Process optional account logins
• Award Stars or OB progression for in-game achievements
• Handle support requests
• Prevent fraud and abuse

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Backend communication is transmitted over HTTPS, and passwords or login tokens are stored only in encrypted form.

5. Children's Privacy

TwinSpin is not intended for children under 13 years. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
